Crow Pass is 26 miles point to point. Starts in Girdwood, Ends in Eagle River Nature Center, or you can switch it up and go from ERNC to Girdwood.
Considered a challenging route. It takes an average of 11 hours 23 minutes to complete.
If you start at Girdwood, the trail starts out in a climb. This is a BEAUTIFUL HIKE
The best time to cross Eagle River is early in the morning. We like to camp right before the river, crossing early in the morning before the ice melts from the nearby glacier.
The trail is poorly marked in places, and can be washed out in places. Have bear spray, you will see them on this trail.
Alaska State parking pass is needed
Then boyfriend, now hubby
