My life, in short; I was not an A student, C at best, I don’t talk correctly, I am not a great leader, BUT I do lead, I do have a following, I AM GOOD ENOUGH. :D So if I can do this business YOU CAN!!
Here are some tips to help you along.
DAY 1:
What are your doubts?
What are your fears?
What are your EXCUSES?
- DOUBTS: - shy, people always look so confident, SO FIT - I’m not. Instead of looking at these as negative - use them so people could relate to them. BE REAL, Like me, same struggles. USE your insecurities to help you. Make a videothat shows all your doubts.
- FEARS: What are MY fears. I as NOT a leader, I don’t know how…. How am I to lead a team. I can’t even get my own business rolling. I didn’t go Diamond in 3 months….YEP a lot of people do. BUT Make a FAILURE EVERY day!! Go for NO’s, go for failures. Don’t let your failures to hold you back. I remember a time in Junior High, English class, I would NOT do a book report. I read the books, but I would NOT stand up and do an oral report. I took the F every time. Until the teacher took me aside and said, either you do this last oral report or you fail my class. Well that is all it took. I was not staying in Junior high and not going to the High School with my friends. I did the report and received a B+ the only reason I didn’t get a A, i forgot my notes and the sheet of paper that I was to give to the teacher before hand, stating the book title, and author. I did that report WITHOUT notes!! Which was prob a God thing, or I would have been reading them from the notes. haha So when I am backed to the wall I had to take a stand and DO IT!! SO my words to you……you are at a WALL, JUST GO DO IT. Even if you are not at a wall, you CAN DO THIS. If I can you can.
- Magic of thinking big. FULL time LIFETIME learner!! READ books!!! Just because you didn’t do well in school, don’t mean you can’t learn now. Think about it, what is something you learned last week. See you can learn :D TAG - Touch And Go

DAY 2: MINDSET
Welcome back to our 21 days to thrive
Invite 2 to 3 people to do these read these with you. This give you a great start to your business. Plus you have someone to talk to.
This is the biggest…..your mindset!! Change your mind set, to a positive mindset.

What to do daily: I see people can do so much more than they think. I HEAR them complaining…….they could do anything, I see so much. I give them advice and hear so many excuses….. then I get yeah…….. but..
Your doubts and fears hold them back!!
What do you see people say and do…… Watch and Listen to the people around you, are they positive people.
If you say I am broke, when you say that, you put that out to the universe, God, you will stay broke. If you are drama, you will continue to attract drama.
YOU ATTRACT what you think. Think BIGGER!! TALK affirmation to YOURSELF.
Your thought and the words you choose to use are huge, control them. Use wonderful words about yourself, you will start to feel better.
When you think negative thought you bring negative things into your life. You start believing those things.
think about someone that is anorexics they think they are fat…… they have to change their thinking. We see how skinny they are, they still see fat.
NOTES: Let’s work on YOU. How to change your mind set
Read person development EVERY day. Read your Bible every day.
I do this in the morning, it starts the day right. This sets the tone for the day!
Stop talking negative to yourself. Catch yourself shut that voice off. How do you shut it up, replace it with 10 positive affirmations.
Say things where you want to be. I’m a 5 star diamond, I am not yet….but I WILL BE there and beyond.
I will share a tip that I do. On Pinterest, I have a few secret boards, check it out, Pinterest has secret boards if you didn’t know that. I have two. One is Affirmations and the other is things I want to post in the future on Social Media.
GO say some of the positive affirmations to yourself!!
Final point: Mindset doesn’t change over night, keep working on it. You will never “master” it, you will still have doubts. Stay consistent on reading and SAYING these OUT LOUD to yourself.
Keep inviting people, when you have an accountability partner you do better!! They say when you read someone it sticks for a month, when you hear something it sticks for a year. When you TEACH, if STICKS forever.

DAY THREE: STOP THE BLAME GAME
As always do these with someone, have an accountability partner.
- Take your fate and hold on it to it like something you cherish.
- How to stop the blame game.
- You are here for a reason
1. Take over your fate have control. Are you relying on others? Step up and take control over. Don’t get me wrong, GOD has you in his hands. He gave you the ability and potential to be responsible for your choices in life.
When you do take your fate in your own hands, you will feel WONDERFUL.
When I finally stepped up to the plate on doing a report in front of a class. I received a B+, I remember that to this day…..because I stepped up! Scared as I was, I stepped up in front of that class and did a report WITH OUT notes. I lost my notes. The reason I didn’t get an A. the teacher didn’t get the papers of what book and the author.
This is YOUR business, go for it. Don’t sit back and wait for someone to do things for you. Don’t blame your Coach, this is your business. Read the training, watch others, do what the top coaches are doing….be IN it.
Change your mindset……. CHANGE what you do DAILY!!
I am sorry, I don’t sugar coat things. I am NOT mean, I just say it how it is!
TODAY, take your fate, and doesn’t have to be just coaching, take your fate, it’s in your hands. Not your mother, not your spouse, not your Coach. YOU!!
2. Stop the blame game. I want to lose weight, but if my spouse would do this with me, if he/she would stop buying junk food….. if he/she would do this or that.
What have you said, of you blaming others for you not being where you want to be. We are working on ourselves. We all do it, if you slip up, get back to it.
3. You are here for a reason: YOU have a purpose. Because of a series of choices and decisions we have made over time compounded have put us where we are today. Are you happy where you are today? What do you need to change? Are you like my coach Mindy? Second divorce, visa bill that was, well let’s just say HIGH, stressed out….. I had to own up to all that. Don’t get down on yourself. This is a self awareness check.
Take control and better choices on where we want to be. The excuse have to stop!! People can’t wrap their heads around why there is drama, or bad things happen to them. Well I have that answer….it all comes down to the choices or series of choices you have made compounded over time, put you here. Big or little choices they ALL matter. So either you start changing your choices to be better choices, because those choices you make today, will be where and what you become in the future.
Now go read affirmations and lets change your stinking thinking…
YOU WILL AND CAN DO THIS. Believe in YOU!!

DAY 5 - VISUALIZATION
1. Calm yourself whatever works for you.
Do breathing exercise breath in 7 seconds - breath out 11 seconds
2. Picture your goals. visualize that they have HAPPENED!! I am a diamond beachbody coach.
3. SEE what you want. know what you want!! KNOW it will happen!
It’s soooo much fun!! GET excited on what you will be!! You will be manifesting your life.
This is work, BUT I will tell you how to do the work.
I will tell you how to figure out what you want to do, schedule, goal set.
I will teach you how to do all this stuff.
Do this right before you go to bed. FEEL what you are wanting. Thank God for meeting your goals!!
Post pictures of what you want to look like. I took a fit person took off her head and put mine. I see this EVERY day…..I want her body and going after it.
